I was very curious to read this book and see how healthy and encompassing the vegetarian meals would be.  I have read some vegetarian cook books in the past that really miss on helping the reader make sure they are getting all the nutrients and minerals they need. 

Vegetarian Weight Loss is written for anyone who wants to lose weight fast while following a vegetarian lifestyle.  This diet claims to help you feel great while shedding all those unwanted pounds too! This book helps to clear up a lot of the confusion and give you a very simple, quick to read guide to losing weight from eating like a vegetarian.

I was very interested to read all of the information available in this book and try out some of the recipes. A lot of the information in the first chapter was information I had already heard before but it helped the book be very encompassing! I really liked the "Foods to Eat" chapter and the information on ways to ensure you are getting the vitamins and minerals you need.

I was impressed with the diversity of the recipes and happy to see that they all included the nutritional information for each recipe. 

Overall, the book would be a great starting point for anyone wanting to get started on eating healthy and vegetarian or wanting more information about this lifestyle.
