I was looking forward to trying this formula! I have taken many fish oil supplements in the past and always like the soft gel tabs the best and the no fishy aftertaste! I was hoping this one would pass my tests!
The soft gels were the perfect size for easy swallowing! Only two were needed for a serving (I have seen some brands being 3-5 at a time! No THANKS!) And they definitely had NO aftertaste whatsoever! I always find I notice a difference in my hair and skin when I am getting enough healthy fats and I noticed within a week of taking this supplement regularly that my hair felt so much healthier! Definitely recommend this brand!
